Sunshine in Versailles and Montmartre!!!

Day two was the perfect way to end my stay in France. After praying to God for no rain I was able to enjoy all He has made!

I gave in and finally had a traditional French breakfast. My breakfast consisted of carbs, carbs, more carbs, and orange juice! I have to say the French know how to bake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After breakfast we were off to royalty. I was taken back on how massive the garden of Chateau of Versailles was. One does not need that much nature in my opinion lol. Absolutely beautiful though.

Next we enjoyed a typically French food market. Yumm! If I could bring back at least half of the food and wine I saw I would. I got jam and spices! Those were the only things I know wouldn’t go bad before I got home.

I left the crowd and did the official tourist shopping in Montmartre by myself. I stacked up on some keychains, shot glasses, and trendy scarfs.

Au revoir!

YAY I AM AWAY

Because I’m a tourist!!!

I had fun today going out all by myself to get a cell phone that works in this country. Finally.

My little cousin asked me to get her a shot glass so I figured now would be the best time to do that whole tourist thing.

Churchill Square is my kind of town! I love the city vibe and all the shopping/food areas.

I know I’m suppose to embrace a new culture, but I could not help myself when I saw Burger King! Yumm….

YAY I AM AWAY
